Hi, I'm Kalpesh.

Most people know me as someone who works in customer experience and operations, but there's a lot more that keeps me busy outside of work.

I'm naturally curious. If I come across an interesting idea, a new tool, or a problem that needs solving, I'll probably go down a rabbit hole trying to understand it. Lately, that curiosity has led me into the world of AI and vibe coding. I don't come from a technical background, and I can't write complex code from scratch. But I enjoy building things and figuring them out along the way. There's something satisfying about taking an idea from your head and seeing it actually work.

I also enjoy writing. Not because I'm a writer, but because writing helps me make sense of things. Sometimes it's about customer experience, sometimes it's about leadership, travel, relationships, or just observations from everyday life. The best lessons I've learned haven't come from books; they've come from conversations, mistakes, and experiences.

When I'm not working, there's a good chance I'm watching a series. I'm a huge Marvel and DC fan and have spent more hours than I'd like to admit discussing superheroes, alternate timelines, and fan theories.

And then there's dancing. I'm not a professional, but I genuinely enjoy it. For me, dancing is one of those rare things that switches off the constant thinking and planning. You stop worrying about work, deadlines, and responsibilities for a while and just enjoy the moment.

I also love travelling — new places, different cultures, local food, random conversations with strangers. Those experiences stay with me much longer than anything I could buy.
